Fighter Fitness is not training to become a fighter, it even succeeds without fighting. But Fighter Fitness makes use of selected methods and elements from combative sports (jujitsu and wrestling, among others), from martial arts (judo among others), and also isometric exercises and yoga.


The focus is on integrated training, building up your condition, muscles and strength. Totally without machines, just with your body as a tool and as resistance. Concentrated, targeted and sweaty. Fighter Fitness is the somewhat different interpretation of fighting and shows great effects in the fight for fitness.
