The Boxing Circle offers training in small, mixed groups. For beginners or returnees. For anyone who’s always wanted to try out boxing. For those whose needs go beyond a fitness centre – who want concentrated, focused training.
Demanding and varied. With classic elements of circuit training and authentic professional boxing sport exercises. Full body training for strength, stamina and speed. It’s workout and fat-burning powered by the spirit of boxing. Enjoyment coupled with the release from everyday stress.
Training in a small group has its own very special dynamics. We all have to struggle with that ‘weaker self’ inside us. But being part of a group actually makes you stronger, because the other group members provide the challenge, motivation and yet another reason to persevere.
And even though “group” or “circle” may not sound like it, group training at Misogi Pro is individual in the actual sense of the word. On the one hand, Marcel Huette focuses on individual needs during group training. And on the other – and this is unique to Misogo Pro – in addition to your eight group training sessions every month, there’s one personal boxing training session thrown in, for your own individual development.
